Based on the results of an analysis of data from a survey of FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta graduates, it can be seen that the majority of alumni have been absorbed into the workforce, particularly in the education sector. Most of them work as educators at various levels, ranging from elementary schools, madrasah ibtidaiyah, madrasah tsanawiyah, junior high schools, to higher education institutions. These alumni play important roles as subject teachers, classroom teachers, school principals, lecturers, and other educational staff. This situation demonstrates that the academic and professional competencies acquired during their education at FITK are highly relevant and aligned with the needs of educational institutions in Indonesia.

The high proportion of alumni working in the education sector reflects the faculty's success in preparing its graduates to directly enter the teaching profession. The curriculum, which is based on educational science and Islamic values, has provided graduates with sufficient preparation to fulfill their roles as educators who are not only competent in academic fields but also possess integrity and are capable of educating with a humanistic and contextual approach. Additionally, microteaching training, teaching practice in schools, and field experience during their studies have also contributed to the readiness of alumni to serve professionally in the field of education.

However, there are also many alumni who choose to pursue careers outside the education sector. They work in various institutions or organizations, both government and private, such as companies, social institutions, training centers, and other agencies. The presence of alumni outside the education sector indicates that FITK graduates also possess adaptability and flexibility in navigating the increasingly complex dynamics of the workplace. They are able to apply the skills acquired during their studies, such as communication, management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, in various professional contexts.

Overall, the data shows that FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta graduates have broad employment opportunities and are able to compete in various professional fields. This not only serves as an indicator of the institution's success in producing competent and job-ready graduates but also reflects the faculty's tangible contribution in cultivating dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the quality of education and society at large. This is a manifestation of the excellence of the English Language Education Program at UIN Jakarta in producing outstanding, adaptable, and highly competitive graduates across various sectors of the workforce.
